Warehouse Parts Associate (Paris, TN)

Job Summary: 

Manages the parts inventory to include receiving, stocking, managing receiving discrepancy and damage issues, returns, pulling and packing products.


  • HS Diploma or equivalent
  • Strong MS Office skills, particularly Word, Excel, and Outlook.  AS400 experience is highly desirable.
  • Desire to work in a fast-paced, organized and positive environment.
  • Ability to lift up to 70 lbs. 
  • Possess keen attention to detail.
  • Must be capable of analyzing information, exercising good judgment and working collaboratively with other departments and customers as needed.
  • Exercise discretion concerning sensitive/confidential information.

Job Duties:

  • Packing:  checking, invoicing, packing and prepping finished orders for shipment
  • Pulling:  order fulfillment, specifically locating, identifying and retrieving product for orders
  • Stocking:  manages inventory by identifying, locating and storing product; replenishes warehouse stores; troubleshoots inventory discrepancies
  • Receiving:  all processes related to bringing saleable commodities into the system, including but not limited to: breakdown, verification and receipt of incoming shipments; resolution of discrepancies; and initial labeling and placement of new products
  • Forklift: may require certification for forklift operation

Physical Demands: 

Visual acuity, speech, hearing, and hand and eye coordination required.  Must be able to lift and carry up to 70 lbs.; push/pull up to 75 lbs.; bend, stoop, kneel, crawl, twist, reach and climb.

Work Environment:
This job operates in a temperature-controlled warehouse environment. Casual dress attire. This role routinely uses equipment such as digital scanners, computers, phones, photocopiers, and fax machines.
