SHIPPING ADDRESS

Four Seasons Sales & Service, Inc. ships within the United States only. We regret we do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO, FPO or to international addresses at this time. All ORM-D products are shipped in strict accordance with UPS & Fedex regulations. If any part of your order is listed with shipping restrictions, the entire order will need to be shipped as ORM-D. UPS & Fedex will not ship ORM-D products to Alaska or Hawaii and orders meeting this criteria will be cancelled. If you would like to ship to another address, log in to www.fstanning.com and enter the address where you will be shipping. At this time, orders cannot be split to ship to more than one address at a time. To ship to multiple addresses, you will need to place a separate order for each delivery address.

We have a 24-hour turnaround time on most orders with the exception of weekends and holidays.

SHIPPING RATES

Shipping rates for orders placed on fstanning.com are calculated based on the total weight of your package, the distance the package is traveling and the specified carrier. Please refer to the shopping cart for shipping rates of each particular order.

SHIPPING CONFIRMATION & TRACKING

Upon check-out, an email will be sent to you with a copy of your order. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an additional email with tracking information for your package. Please note that we do not ship on weekends or holidays.
